Yes, both. Double storey and steep-access homes are exactly where you shouldn’t be up a ladder yourself — we’re set up and insured for it.

Do I need to be home?
No — as long as we can access the property safely, you don’t need to be there. You’ll get before and after photos either way.

What about solar panels?
We don’t clean the panels themselves, but we clear the gutters and valleys around them so debris doesn’t dam up behind the array. If panel access affects the job, we’ll flag it when we quote.

Will gutter guard reduce how often I need cleaning?
